Phew!

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve posted.  About a month.  About a month too since Reconstructing Amelia came out and it has been a crazy, thrilling, fantastic ride!  I am so incredibly grateful to everyone at Harper–my editor, my publicist and everyone in sales and marketing–not to mention my incredible agent as well as my tireless family and friends for making the launch such an incredible success. I seriously could not have done it without all of you.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

One unbelievable highlight was having Reconstructing Amelia make the New York Times Bestseller list and it’s been there now for three weeks!  It’s also been on the ABA bestseller list and USA Today’s.  Beyond amazing.  One of my biggest thrills of late was to have my book featured in the New York Times Newly Released column.

But the response from readers has been the most meaningful to me.  Please keep your notes coming!  I’ve been trying to respond to each one, though I’ll admit that I wasn’t visiting the blog so I missed some of your comments here.  I promise to try to get back to blogging and checking more regularly, but the best way to reach me is by using the form under the “Contact” tab here.  The e-mails come straight to me and I promise to respond as quickly as possibly.  My Facebook page is another great way to reach me.

Thank you all for your enthusiasm and support!  This month has truly been a dream come true!

I’ll leave you here with some pictures from my Brooklyn Launch taken by my amazing friend, photographer Jason Lloyd Miller.
